The Plantronics (Poly) APC-43 Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) cable (part # 38350-13) enables electronic communication between your desk phone and wireless headset for call control. With the APC-43 EHS, you can receive ring alerts and remotely answer or end calls through your headset without the need for a HL10 handset lifter.
